Check your cupboard
You know which foods you’re supposed to be eating, but what about those you should stay away from? It might be time to re-evaluate what’s in your cupboard or fridge. Instant rice, soda, sugary fruit-flavored beverages, foods containing trans fatty acids, sugary cereals, white flour, lunch meats, and anything containing food coloring or high-fructose corn syrup are offenders you should avoid.
